Animal assisted interactions that support real time work on trust, emotional regulation, and the strengthening of a secure, resilient parent child bond.

An evidence-based trauma therapy using structured bilateral stimulation (eye-movement sets) to process traumatic memories while supporting grounding, safety, and co-regulation throughout the therapeutic process.

Supporting survivors and family members in transforming trauma into meaningful action by creating initiatives of giving from trauma survivors to other survivors, while reconnecting participants with their inner strengths and capacities for resilience.

Using the observation of animals’ natural self-regulation as a therapeutic mirror that invites emotional projection and reflection.
Participants explore questions such as “What is the horse feeling?” as a pathway to recognize, process, and regulate their own emotions.
